A minimum of 24 hours booking notice is necessary for all body treatments, ensuring fresh ingredients are available for your pleasurable well-being. It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointed time. This will allow introductions and for you to complete your wellness card. A robe, privacy garment, towel and slippers are provided for your comfort. Your practitioner is trained to drape correctly ensuring comfort and privacy.

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your special treatment, lessening the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

In consideration of our clientele a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or time change within this time will result in a 50% fee. “No Show” appointments are charged at full price of the treatment booked.

Public Holiday – a 30% surcharge applies.
