SPA ETIQUETTE

A minimum of 24 hours booking notice is necessary for all body treatments, ensuring fresh ingredients are available for your well-being. It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointed time. This will allow introductions and for you to complete your wellness card. A robe/privacy garment/towel and slippers are provided for your comfort. Your professional practitioner is trained to drape correctly ensuring comfort and privacy.

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your special treatment, lessening the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you.  If you do need to reschedule or cancel your Rainspa appointment you are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellation or time change within this time will result in a 50% fee.  “No Show” appointments are charged at full price of the treatment booked.


Public Holiday – a 30% surcharge applies.

Full day packages are available and personalised transport can be arranged.
